The School of Education charges fees for reserving spaces within the Education Building. Fees may be applied to events for specific services, as needed. Although most fees are waived for School of Education reservations, a funding string is necessary for all requests.
Reservations typically include a standard furniture layout, any audio/visual (A/V) items installed in the room, and on-site support. Custom A/V requests must be made at least 14 business days before the event start date with MERIT. Please note that not all requests can be accommodated.
Material changes to a confirmed event less than five business days from the event start date may incur change order fees, which are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
