A Workday Worksheet template is now available that consolidates multiple reports into a single, Excel-like worksheet, including: Grant Budget to Actuals Summary (UW), Program Budget to Actuals Summary (UW), Project Budget to Actuals Summary (UW), and Gift Financial Summary (UW). This is filterable by PI, loads live data, supports scheduled data refreshes, and is shareable with anyone who has Workday access. ORS is working with SoE department administrators to create and review these reports by PI. Once accuracy and reliability are confirmed, we will share them directly with PIs. For those interested in exploring the report independently, the report template and job aid are available for anyone with Workday access. If you have questions, please contact research@education.wisc.edu.
