Update for ’24-’25: Due to construction this year, student studio reservations are open to Dance Degree students ONLY
Reservation priority:
- Students must be currently enrolled in a dance course to reserve studio space.
- Priority for studio space will be given to staff/students whose work will appear in the upcoming Dance Department concert.
- Studios 349 and 549 are available to Dance Faculty and Staff, Guest Artists, Dance degree students, and Certificate students which include certificate programs in Dance, Dance Movement Therapy, Dance Studies or Pilates).
Elective students:
- Studios 349 and 549 are not available to dance elective students.
- Studios B101, 249, and 510 are available to dance elective students to reserve.
Availability:
- Dance degree students may reserve space for up to two weeks in advance.
- Dance elective students may reserve space for up to one week in advance.
- Reservations for all users will be limited to 2 hours maximum.
- Reservations for studios can be made starting Monday of the current week at 8:30 a.m.
- Dance Faculty and Staff may reserve studio space on a semester basis.
- The person who reserves the space must be in the space for the duration of the reservation.
Access:
- All reservations must be completed online using the EMS Reservation system.
- The reason for using the studio must be stated e.g. “rehearsal for student concert.”
- Students are required to unlock and lock the studio space after every use, using the KeyWatcher system. For KeyWatcher support, please contact Dance Info.
