Update for ’24-’25: Due to construction this year, student studio reservations are open to Dance Degree students ONLY
Reservation priority:
- Students must be a declared major or certificate student to reserve studio space in Lathorp Hall
- Priority for booking studio space will be given to staff/faculty and students enrolled in Senior Honors and Composition courses.
- Please reach out to danceinfo@education.wisc.edu for information about reserving the Virginia Harrison Parlor
Elective students:
- Students enrolled in a Dance Department course can use “Open Studio Space”
- Please reach out to your instructor for the days/times studios are available for “Open Studio Space”
Availability:
- Dance degree students may reserve space up to two weeks in advance
- Reservations for all users will be limited to 2 hours maximum
- Dance Faculty and Staff may reserve studio space on a semester basis
- Whoever booked the studio must be in the space for the duration of the booking
Access:
- All reservations must be completed using the EMS Reservation System
- Students are required to use their Wiscard to enter the studio and ensure the door is closed upon leaving the space
