  • If WCER or additional support is needed, request assistance via the SA request form.

Employment Agreement

  • After the Employment Agreement is routed and fully approved, the candidate will receive a Workday notification to review and approve the Employment Agreement documents.
  • Candidates will log in to their Applicant Profile set up to apply for the position.
  • Information for candidates:
    • You’ll receive an email from wisconsin.myworkday.com with the subject “A Task Awaits You: Review Documents”. Check your spam folder if not in your inbox.
    • To complete this task, log in to your applicant account at https://jobs.wisc.edu/me/settings and select that you are not a current UW employee. Use your applicant account credentials to log in.
    • You’ll see a My Tasks section on your home page with a Review Documents task.
    • Click the Review button to read and accept your Employment Agreement.
